Alex Lawrence

Alex is Managing Editor at 6GWorld, a publication focusing on what comes after 5G and how we get there in a way that works for everybody. He has been in this role since 2020 and the impostor syndrome is still strong.

Alex has been a professional nosey person since 2004, mainly as a conference producer. He has worked across all kinds of aspects of telecoms from internal audit and customer experience to RF planning, cybersecurity and ethernet. After taking a jaunt through marketing and industrial maintenance he worked with the GSMA for almost a decade on the MWC and regional events, including building and managing the agenda for MWC Shanghai for several years.
