Bradley Mead

Bradley Mead is Head of Network Managed Services and a member of Business Area Managed Services Leadership Team.

Bradley leads a global team of more than 20,000 people, supporting more than 1 billion subscribers through the operation of telecommunications networks in more than 100 countries around the world. He is also a key driver in Ericsson efforts to transform network operations through automation and artificial intelligence.

Bradley has been instrumental to Ericsson’s leadership in Managed Services during the last 15 years with key contracts in US, UK and Australia, among others, under his belt.

He has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years, the last 15 of which within the Managed Services field.

He has led Ericsson’s Managed Services business in Australia, UK/Ireland, and North America. Before joining Ericsson, he held various senior roles in Telstra.

Mead holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia, and postgraduate studies in Leadership and Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology as well as Columbia University.
